		<description><![CDATA[After arriving safely in time for the Barrow Hill Model Rail event 56040 was given a bodyside clean by some of the class 58 Group volunteers and then  refuelled and started up sucessfully .
The usual gremlins mean the auxilliaries are not operating but the cause needs investigating as I write.
